While the game itself is not quite there, the actual map generation -- which I think is what what you focused on -- actually really reliably generates Castlevania-like (more specifically, Metroidvania-style) maps. I've seen a lot of games attempt this in the past, but with pretty weak result. Maybe worth experimenting more, if you could get this far in such as short time?

On kyllä hyvin toimiva generaattori, ja tässähän on ainesta vaikka mihin. Onkin hauska miettiä mitä toi kana tuolla luolastossa oikeen tekee.. :D
