Creative Vision / Rationale / How Did You Incorporate the Theme
We were interested in investigating the subject of connection through simplicity.

In contrast to “tell-and-show” approaches involving text choices or complex game mechanics, we chose a simple activity such as drawing a line.

This is an expression of how humans relate or connect with each other, whether for a moment or for life.

Keeping the gameplay elements minimal would let the players put themselves into the relationships by projecting their own feelings.

The concept of connection applies not only to gameplay but also to the story format. All levels are cholas, or stages of life. These are birth, family, school, love, career, and eventual return to parents. The process of connecting paths reflects the process of linking relationships, highlighting the fact that all relationships influence how we grow.
