Gather unknown signals from deep, silent space · By
I have tons of ideas, but at the moment, I think work on the sound design would be nice. Partially from the TV, how the sound fades when you move away from it. It seems to cut out suddenly when you turn a corner, and more incremental fading would be nice for immersion.
But mostly I think having rain sounds when you're inside would be huge for immersion. Kind of like the Nevada Skies mod from Fallout New Vegas. When you're inside you can hear rain on the roof like you would in real life, and it makes the game so comfy in that moment. I would love improvements to the sound design such as these.

I'd love the ability to sell the photos you take as well as signals. Maybe the ability to contact the people you work for to say "hey look at all the crazy shit happening here!"
Also some improvements to the ATV would be nice. Mostly in the SFX. But an updated model would be cool.
Perhaps a way to kill or capture entities and sell them too, if you want, and consequences for doing so.
More consequences for doing certain things, like how stealing from the Arirals works.
I've always thought it would be cool to have something like an entity that spawns or an event that happens when you throw too much trash in the river or lake. Like, too much littering would make, like, idk a tree come to life and come after you lol.
I really love the depth of the customization right now, but more focus on fleshing out the core gameplay loop and secrets would be really appreciated.
Your first suggestion actually exists as a really good mod called PhotographyPlus, it allows you to send various “interesting” photographs off with the drone, getting various reactions and rewards for it. It also adds some new optional daily tasks involving photography, having you send in a photograph of a certain structure or location for some bonus points at the end of the week.

I imagine they will just keep it as it is now; you can properly harm and kill a select few entities, but are utterly powerless against the majority of them. The horror aspect would probably be affected quite a bit by you having the ability to properly fight back against most entities.

0.9 will supposedly change the gameplay loop quite a bit, which I imagine could also come with it being a bit more fleshed out.
Does anyone actually sit in the chair between the workstations? There seems to be no reason at all to do so.
I have a suggestion for that. When you walk into that alcove and look at any of the stations, you automatically 'sit down' in it and moving around while there has you wheeling about (with the appropriate wheel rattle and squeaking/creaking sfx of course), though under the hood all that's otherwise happening is hiding the chair and lowering the player camera a bit. You move slower, except for sprinting (or jumping) which will be at full speed and disable sitting down for a few seconds (it's obviously not the time to ascend the cosmic throne). Also, at half stamina and below you have a small chance of falling asleep while not actively interacting with any of the stations: you'll know it's happening by your view starting to drift down at an accelerating rate (you sleep when the view hits looking straight down - the starting speed being determined by how bad your stamina is), and you can avert it by sharply looking upwards. Though sleeping there only recovers stamina at half the usual rate, to keep the bedroll's value up.
Turning around and moving towards the exit of the alcove has you stand back up. And a funny bit because why not: rolling backwards out of the alcove causes the chair to catch on the edge and ungracefully toss you across the floor. That could make for a good ariral prank too, them sneaking in and suddenly dragging the chair backwards. Which leads into another funny moment if you turn around quickly enough when you hear footsteps: they'll stand still to avoid notice and wait for you to turn back around... or, if you stare at them, awkwardly and slowly walk backwards, open the door, and close it behind them (-rep for being a spoilsport).
1) no more nightmares
2) simplify the controls
3) make events blink on the radar or give other (good) hints so no more unintentional missing of events
4) less easter eggs (most people will not find them anyway), better use the time for 5)
5) performance optimization
6) some textures needs a rework
7) improve translations
8) improve kerfur wayfinding/getting stuck
9) make season. summer and winter we already have, some flowers for spring and some red and gold trees for autumn. extend the game to 60 days so we have 15 days each season
10) atv map
11) ... more to come ...
- Add sneaking and hiding mechanics.
Allow the player not only to crouch but also to go prone and crawl on the ground, while being less detectable (in combination with camouflague)
An option to hold your breath to make even less noise when something is nearby.
Shoes and clothes that make sneaking easier by reducing sound, i.e. shoe soles out of fur, etc.
