While there were parts of the game that felt frustrating, especially entering a new area only to get hit by bullets that you cant see coming at all, along with me randomly getting teleported back when hitting the ceiling at times. It was an enjoyable challenge and I had a fun time figuring out how to traverse the areas.
Fun game! Didn't get all the way to the end, but I got pretty far. The levels were really creative! Had a few issues with not being able to see obstacles after entering a new room though. It might be worth it to expand the room entrance length a bit so you have time to react to obstacles on the other side of a screen barrier after crossing through.
Despite a few hiccups, I was still compelled to keep playing this game. It was challenging, and the levels were designed well enough. There were some elements that could use polishing, like when giving the player some leeway when stepping into the room, and some the player would have to mesmerize the layout of the next room to navigate a free fall from the previous room. I still had a lot of fun with this game, and it's blorgies. Polish up the player movement a bit for a bit more air control, and I could play this game for hours :)
Good rage-baiting game, too bad I suck at those, I couldn’t even get one borg :’(
The controls are super hard to handle, because the movement is very sensitive, which makes it tedious to aim at the small platforms and not land on the spikes (maybe that’s just me which is super bad). Maybe, as some people said on my game, a smoothing of the velocity of the player with a tuning of acceleration / deceleration could help with precise control.
Some sections also seemed unfair, you could get killed when stepping into a new screen because they were spike just at the start. But at least it forced me to go slow.
Nevertheless, it makes for a very hard game (I’m just too bad to go far enough), and the music and sound effects are enjoyable !
I enjoyed this game actually, a good amount, I just feel like there are some sections of it that are just too unfair to the player. I did feel compelled to keep playing however! I loved the music too!
blorgies...
fun little "I wanna be the guy" style game that's short and simple enough to not be too frustrating. I was worried about getting lost without a map but the design pretty well funneled me in a linear progression despite the multiple routes. Nice!
My blorgs,,... I love collecting my blorgies...
i got all the blorgs =)
