Really cool, original mechanics and ideas! Also the nice artstyle and music.
Though I personally felt that the combat was way too hard and did not feel very good - but maybe that was just a (skill) issue on my part.
Nonetheless, great game and entry!

The inclusion of essentially boss fights, the torch teleport mechanic are really cool ideas. I also like the theme of being the last light in the dark. The music is good too!
The torch teleportation is such a cool idea and is the highlight of this game. Using the shooting mech to light the path ahead is a good touch. Good way to have a tool that has more than one function!
Collecting the health powerup was a bit confusing, it took quite a while to understand that you can stand on the skeletons head without dying. I think the vine mechanic would also work a lot better for the boss fight if you could press down to drop off the vine without jumping. All the sounds were amazing, and I love how the soundtrack progresses.
The movement mechanics were very cool! Especially the part where you light the trail of oil(?) and travel across it.
