The beginning cutscene was sooo funny. All of the mocap... it's peak :') Playing this gave me a good laugh.

The gameplay itself is nice. I liked the lack of health-- I could relax knowing that all that happened when enemies hit me was that I'd just get bumped around. Gigi's ragdoll physics was really funny too. And the music is great! I had a good time!

Blessed autofister entry! I really enjoyed this. Especially the division of labor you gave the two. Floppy gigi was a riot. My only gripe was the combat. I didn’t like playing bumper cars with enemies. Had a few instances of getting overwhelmed and sent flying off ledges. But aside from that, I adored this. From the coop puzzles to going on diverging paths and meeting up later. Massive W from yall!

Edit: Ah I forgot to mention, yall KILLED it with the music!

I want more of this. Like, seriously, you hit magic with this. There's definitely things that could use some tuning and fixing but oh man, I had a blast. Thoughts/suggestion: If Gigi is offense, Ceci should have something that's defensive. A dodge/sidestep feature would also be helpful. Regardless, this was a phenomenal entry.

I enjoyed the game’s gimmick a lot! I think the character switching was cool, and there were some neat puzzles. I was really impressed with the 3D cutscene and animations too, it was entertaining. RIP to that grem at the start.

I appreciate there not being a big risk with getting hit because of no health bar, but the attacks felt slow and the slowdown hit effect when you get hit makes things drag out more than they should (though maybe it’s partly the framerate issues too?). The final room in the second level especially felt egregious with how many jailbirds you had to beat, and it’s even slower because they can combo hit you and slow things down immensely.

Minor comment but I noticed you could jump after being hit off the ground, related to the coyote time that normally exists. I don’t know if that was intended but it did save me several times.

The lack of SFX and VFX also did end up affecting me. It made the hits feel even less impactful, and sounds for some level occurences would have helped me feel a bit less lost. For example, sounds from interacting with the crystal keys or the final stage book (spawning them, placing them, the event that triggers after them) would have been nice to get player feedback from. Even an animation or cutscene for those would be useful too, though I understand if you might not want to point to those changes as directly.

I had fun overall though! If you continue adding to the game later on, I would love to see what you come up with!

Great game! It took me a while because I had some skill issue...

Cute puzzles, and I love the silly ending!

In my first playthrough, I clipped through a wall with Gigi... and found the secret text 99% of players did not find!

That intro was so well made! So funny!

The character animations are great! I like how CC and GG have different walking animations.

Those Novelites got hands! I got mobbed by a bunch of them and thought I was gonna be stuck there forever. XD

Unfortunately I got stuck in the (I think) last level, where I couldn't figure out how to get CC to progress so that she could do a double jump and grab the next key. I tried a bunch of times with Gigi but her jump height wasn't high enough. After about 10 minutes searching around and trying different things I just gave up.

Some improvement suggestions:

- Sound effects for the attacks and doors/key activating would be great.

- It would be nice to have a closer checkpoint in the first level's pillar jumping section, so that you don't have to keep running all the way from the door with both characters.

- The game doesn't make it clear that you only need one character to reach the exit to move to the next level. In my case, I ditched Gigi at the pillar jumping area in the first level and went to the exit with just CC.

- The moving platforms need better feedback. There seems to be a countdown before activation but it's not evident. Some VFX/SFX/animation could help.

Great game! I wish I could've seen how it ends.

What a twist ending

Love the animations on Cece especially, she feels so floaty and cute

And Gigi freaking out and ragdolling when you throw her was hilarious the first time I saw it, I could honestly just play a game comprised solely of hurling Gigi at things.

Good level design that makes use of controlling both characters, and the vibes between the assets used for the levels and the music are all great.

Have to echo the FPS problems but its far from making the game unplayable.

Would be awesome to see you come back and add some more content featuring other advent members, maybe change that ending a little bit. Great work!

Awesome game, very cool premise and the utilization of two playable characters! Kinda reminds me of fireboy and watergirl but more fighting lol. Love the duo choice, can practically hear their petty arguments while trying to get through the dungeon!

Would like to have a downloadable version because the web one does lose fps sometimes especially at later levels. But the gameplay is fun enough to go through it until the end. Love all the animations, how they walk and jump and the ragdoll when you throw gigi! The intro itself is also very funny, shiori is sooo cute here but how these two run around after she escapes definitely takes the cake. Again, can practically hear their voices as they move lmao good job at capturing their personalities! Also love the ending haha it was so abrupt. Incredible!

C'mon, I didn't play through the entire game for that ending lol. The game might be too heavy for the web as my browser started lagging really badly.

Other than that, it was a fun puzzle game. I really liked being able to swap between Ceci and Gigi to solve the levels but there could be more synergy between the 2. Like Ceci being able to deal damage by throwing Gigi for example.

I don't know if it was because of lag or not, but the intro cutscene felt really slow, so after a couple minutes I clicked skip. At that point it took a minute to load, resulting in the page complaining about being unresponsive. For the gameplay itself, I had issues with the floor just being too dark, so I couldn't tell where there was floor and where there wasn't unless there was a grey pillar nearby. The light colors chosen for the game page really don't help with that. I stopped at the second key, because I ended up repeatedly having to get Gigi back from the checkpoint and then Cecilia's throw didn't even seem to work consistently.

Somewhere along the way, I yeeted Gigi into the void and she never came back. Not too bad for a 3D platformer, though I wish there were more parts where you combined the two of them with the mechanics, like more small puzzles where you have to throw Gigi somewhere in order to allow Ceci to continue and vice versa. The second level had a few parts that felt nice, but the rest of the levels was mostly playing one or the other. Oh yeah, the intro cutscene was pretty funny. Good job with the game!

So impressive that you managed to do so much 3D animation for this! A whole opening cutscene and everything. The music also complemented it really well. I love that you could switch between the two characters. Performance was a bit laggy on my computer but the scale of this was super impressive, so hard to find that a fault. Great job!!

AMAZING work on this one, wow! The controls are pretty intuitive and the models look fitting with the whole environment. I can also really appreciate all the little details put in, like the torches lighting up once you go near them, or the shadows beneath the characters when they jump(Thanks!)Also Gigi sometimes absolutely glitching out when you hold her is funny.

Only problems I really had were:
- The music stopping for quite some time after the track has ended, so... You'd be greeted with like 5 minutes of total silence, before hearing the song again - and again a long silence.
- I feel like the elevators at the beginning 2 levels activated  really slowly, so there's sometimes quite a bit of waiting.
- And I couldn't quite finish the last level. Once I was crushed as Gigi by an elevator, which pressed me through the map... And respawned me on CC's side of the Jump and Run, where I couldn't leave lmao
The 2nd time, I didn't really know where to put the key book in the library-kind of mini stage. If you had to kill the enemy - That one fell to the death one, so you couldn't reach it after pushing it down without dying yourself (and having to do the maze again)

All in all it was a super fun game, very much enjoyed the whole thing - Not to mention the opening scene being quite funny. Good job!!

The initial cutscene was very funny, the 3D tracking like was very comical in a good way! I don't know if is intentional but I got stuck on the second level because CC couldn't jump the ledge to the door, I could throw Gigi but there wasn't much I could do after since I needed CC to throw Gigi through the gap, still a very funny game!

Thank you for playing! Ah sorry, there’s a platform a little bit further up which you are supposed to bring down to help Ceci get up. It’s not that obvious so will need to adjust the level layout there.
