I'm kinda confused, how can you submit art and music without having to make a game?

hey.. I'm planning on working on a single boss fight. I'm an Unreal Engine - Game Developer with 2 years of experience. Although my scheduled is kinda tight, but I'll definitely be able to complete atleast 1 boss in this much time. I'm planning start soon, Are you an artist or composer ? can hit me up on discord -https://discord.gg/rbcBzZP2

I'm not completely sure, but the simplest option would probably be to put your music in the downloads section, and you art on the cover (or in the screenshots if you have more than one image).

basically to clarify, artwork and music can be submitted so long as you have a clear idea of how the mechanics of the boss would work. say for instance, if you have a teleporting snake boss, you need to draw some examples of what it's attacks would look like. you dont have to code or animate them, just make it clear how it would attack. if you only submit music, you need to thoroughly explain this in text and upload some rough sketch examples
