Hey everyone!

I just finished and published my second game ever - Night Shift: Horror Quiz

 Play it here: https://papasmurf24.itch.io/night-shift-horror-quiz

What is it? It's a FNAF trivia game where you're the night guard at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. You have to answer security quiz questions to prove you're paying attention during your shift. Get answers wrong and... well, the animatronics start moving.

Why I made it: My girlfriend is a huge FNAF fan and I wanted to make something she'd enjoy. This was also a great learning project for me - I got to practice Godot, pixel art in Aseprite, and game design.

Features:

  • 150 FNAF questions covering the entire series
  • Three difficulty levels that progress as the night goes on (12 AM → 6 AM)
  • Scoring system based on speed and accuracy
  • Retro pixel art aesthetic with old PC/CRT monitor vibe
  • Screen effects that intensify when you mess up
  • That jumpscare you know is coming but will still get you

It's completely free! This is my second game ever, so I'm really looking for feedback on:

  • Is the difficulty balanced?
  • Are the questions interesting for FNAF fans?
  • How does the scoring system feel?
  • Any bugs or issues?
  • What do you think about art?

Challenge: If you play, drop your highscore in the comments! I'm curious to see who can survive with the best performance score.

Thanks for checking it out! Any feedback is super appreciated as I continue learning game development.
