Can somebody please inform me of the requirements for this scene? I've done all but marry her and be a female character (Which I plan to do at another juncture via sex change potions solely for event scene) so am I missing something? Or can you still recruit her after choosing Lira or something? Am I correct in making the assumption you can recruit her if you're a female character and then choose Heleviel to remain as high priestess? Or is that mere speculation on my part?
