I'm a big fan of platformers in general and I do like this one! Great level design, good costumes to choose from and the controls are perfect. I got to the end and got 1000 points on the 3rd and 4th flagpoles. The hazards and the enemies, particularly the death animation and how it bounces you up is awesome and I loved it when the rocket took off. If you take the game further, I could imagine between levels driving the rocket in a shoot em up style level. Some things to improve the current game would be having a solid sprite on the left screen at the start to stop player falling off, making the enemies not solid when they die and giving just a little more headroom on the double saw blades to make it a little easier but is okay as is though, overall great job!

thank you!

As always, you make a great platformer controller. I thought it was a bit weird that the flagpole didn't play an animation and that I actually had to walk over to the rocket. All around, super fun platformer, wish there was more beautiful art to look at!

The game was really nice to play; loved the animation of stepping on the enemies. Wish there was some more customizations though, felt like they weren't really important at all in the game. Maybe if you make it through more levels, squish X enemies, get certain high scores on the pole could give the player new ways to customize the character.

thats a cool idea, i might add more in the future epecially if the next round lets free space for me to upgrade this

All the characters were fun to look at and the stages were fun to play through.

Nice job! I didn't even realize this was the same game I play tested before.

I thought it was visually pleasing and felt very smooth.

Nice responsive movement! The tempo of the game was very good and it fit well with the music!

I like the squash/stretch you added on the rocket.

Well done, a very good entry! :D

Platforming and the game itself are satisfying, especially smashing those enemies, character customization part is pretty minimum tho.

Developer
