I'm on day 80 or something and have what I think is the maxed out town, Im on the crown council, and I keep getting the same issues and requests. Have I beat the game?

If you're in the crown council, the game should've told you that you have technically beat the game. It also says you can keep playing for as long as you want. Hope this helped!
