Due to the controls I didn't quite understand what to do, however I found out how to get in the truck, and from there had a blast Tokyo Drifting around the map!
Interesting game! I couldn't figure out what to do after collecting the bags of trash and then bringing them to the truck. Is there a way to drive the garbage truck? I kept running around to the different houses. I'll probably need to play the game a bit more to understand it!
you can switch to the truck with Q or get into the truck with E if your close enough to it, sorry the controls are definitely a bit convoluted, trash is dumped into the truck with space btw
