This probably wont help (sorry) but make a game. Pick your engine ,pick your premise and start making.

you make a game and submit dont be like me i had 30 seconds to submit last time and there's a lot of things to figure out your first time lol

Well what are you mainly good at?Level design, Modeling, programming etc and start from there, some make games not knowing code but have the ability to make models so they create animations and thats like 80% of a game in some cases.
