Use of the limitation
The game revolves around an elevator that is ridiculously over-powered, with your goal being to redirect the power so the elevator doesn't go too fast

Cookies eaten
I ate like 6, I work at a cookie company and took a box home after my shift on Friday :)

I really liked the music and sfx, the game has a very good idea

The aesthetic was very amusing, from the funny bird character, to the funky music, and that game over screen too, I especially love how it cuts right back to the game, as if the bird immediately ended up on another overpowered elevator haha.

The death animation caught me completely off guard and made me laugh. The concept is simple but effective, and the overpowered elevator fits the theme really well. I especially like how the timer is clearly visible, which adds constant tension while clicking through the power indicators. This feels like it would translate really nicely to a mobile platform. Nice work, especially considering you were learning Godot during the jam.

Also forgot to add, the song absolutely slaps.

First of all, you work at a cookie company?? That's awesome. Anyway, this was very pleasant to play. Simple and chill gameplay loop with no room for confusion. I made it to like floor 15 until I lost. I didn't mind too much, since it was starting to get repetitive by that point. Then, being launched out of the building was actually a neat surprise. I really like how you developed such a simple concept into a cute experience and story. I agree with the other comment about adding more variety with the lightning bolts at some point if you keep developing this. There's tons of room for expansion! Great work here :)

Uninstalling Aimlabs. this is the only thing I need to get better at Counter Strike.

Made it to level 16. Cute presentation and music.

hell cool idea! I love the theme and the little game and mechanic to divert the power before its too late - very creative. Great job man

The music is catchy and is now stuck in my head. Great job!

Who is this strange and cute little fellow? Is that a big nose?

Little Fellow was doodled in about 1 second while creating the assets and was unchanged from their original version. They are open to interpretation, the only important detail is that they are a very skilled electrician

Vibey music, cute artsyle, cool sfx/screen shake etc

If you were to keep working on it, itd be cool if every 5 or 10 levels there was a charge, like the lightning bolts started moving or some had to be double tapped or sm :)

Thank you! I was originally planning the minigame to be more complex and with it add more random events as it continues, currently the only change is a slight speedup every 5 levels
