is it necessary that i should have a play store page, i am currently not capable of opening a play store account, can i submit a windows .EXE or raw APK file for android. will that count? I am interested in participating. Thanks for the clarification.

Hello Bruno, unfortunately yes, you need to have your app published on one of the stores like Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Thank you for your question!
