I couldn't figure out the gameplay but I liked the art and the game seemed pretty good otherwise.

I would have loved to see some more enemies or variations on the powerups. I really like how you rendered the bullet trails and the shooting was entertaining.
I enjoyed it but wished it increased in difficulty! Great job though!
