Fun game! The dash attack felt a little uncontrollable, but reminded me a lot of Wario Land!
Nice little game, that could be expanded in a proper game, maybe a browser or mobile game.
I didn't get any trouble being touched by snakes, perhaps having them killing, damage or slow down the player would add a bit of more challenge.
The problem to solve to complete the game are the things that make it interesting and give you a chance to expand more the game.

I rescued all the chickens! I like that you combined platformer/action with a little puzzle sprinkled in as well, and included clear goals for the player. That dash mechanic is really powerful and fun to use!
