A little too scary for me. Seems like the kind of game that ManlyBadassHero would play.

It honestly wasn't obvious that we had to draw the map ourselves, and doing so is difficult to balance while dodging the roaming monster. But the biggest difficulty was simply being unable to get my bearings at a given point. I end up back tracking without realizing it.

i really like the idea of a "make you're own" map in games but I feel like its pretty hard to do. this games such an interesting idea and the procedural generation was done pretty well, but at the start I didn't really know what to do? i eventually found the campfire and found out that you had to collect the items and stuff, but maybe it would work a bit better if the player started at the campfire and had to go out to collect the items with a slightly easier map structure to make the map drawing easier as I found myself not actually using the draw map function until I had found the campfire and then after I had collected all the items there was just an x on the campfire anyway.

awesome idea tho and keep up the good work :)

A truly disturbing game in which I appreciated the small details, such as the torch dimming when you approach objects and the monster's breathing that can be heard even when it is far away. The atmosphere is really scary and reminds me of the forest in the first Slender Man. A simple game, but one that fully achieves its goal of scaring you, so congratulations!

If you want, check out my page too. I need some opinions from other creators about my horror game.

Bye, friend :)

Please respond. I have tried to contact both of you on Discord as well, and it's been 14 hours at the time of me writing this.

Just checking, but, did you make all of those 3D assets yourself?
