The game was pretty fun to play and it was cool how it was a mixture of snake but you have a gun. I did get a little confused at a few bits when seeing the aiming crosshair on the player snake randomly since they showed on multiple different parts of the snake and even the collectibles.
Love the Idea of the game, I can see this game being a lot of fun. Great use of audio It fits the game amazingly. And I think the art Is really effective. Overall such a great game, considering there was only 2 weeks to build a game jam. I love this!
I really like this game, I've had a really good time playing this game, it's a really good and refreshing take on the original idea of the game snake however idea wise, there could have been more added to make it even more unique. The game mechanics itself are that its very well made, it functions perfectly, and feels like its professionally made, the HUD is perfect love how you can change the colour hue to your choosing. The art is consistent and fits the game theme, only thing is maybe add a bit more of a unique cover art but aside that its a very well thought out game.
i really enjoyed playing this game - the mix of using the mouse and keyboard was fun and is great for building hand eye coordination! while im not sure if this is on purpose, the hue adjustment feature is really well implemented and helps the game be more accessible for those with colour vision deficiency which is really great! one thing that was a bit unclear were the reticles that appeared on the player snake and pellets on screen - what do they mean? while it didn't hinder my gameplay, i was a little confused. overall, this game was a lot of fun and was enjoyable for casual gameplay!
I think this game is really well made! The art is simple but it is effective, the theme is very cool and i especially like the colours used the neon colours contrasting with the black backgrounds. I also really like the detail of being able to change the hue of the neon part! I like the inspiration taken from snake. The sound is also good i like how its got arcade sort of vibes!
A really fun and super polished game, everything in this game clearly has lots of thought and is incredibly polished considering this was a 2 week polish. It's a pretty original idea too, taking a different spin on the game of snake and expanding upon it. My only issues with the game is that it kind becames stale after a while, there are no major gameplay changes besides the arena getting bigger.
I really like how you took a topdown shooter game and mixed it with a snake game which to me i would say that has alot of originality in a way as ive never seen snake able to shoot enemies that try to kill you and overall i think you did a great job making this game look really good too
