Hey! Love the concept of swapping levels to solve other levels. I think it would have been a little better if you couldn't swap to all the levels. I felt a bit overwhelmed seeing so much different objects to interact with when swapping to the other levels and trying to remember what was where was pretty tough. Never the less, I had fun and again, such a neat concept.

Great work!

Very clever concept! I haven't managed to get very far yet, but I will definitely come back to it! It's a real brain teaser! The art style and transitions are very well done too, I like the limited colour palette used to differentiate each level. It's a shame there aren't any sound effects, but overall well done, a very creative use of transitions!

thanx, about the sound i don´t have the way i want to create sounds and music, and i don´t want to use free samples, so maybe a future update

Very cool concept that unfortunately I was not galaxy brain enough to complete.  I solved 3 of the levels but then I just got lost and wasn't sure if I'd softlocked myself in the first level, and I didn't want to reset the progress on that level.

I love the glitchy effect when jumping between levels, but it would benefit from an undo like in Baba Is You (even if it's only to undo one action).

I love the art style and all of the carefully placed decorations to serve as part of the puzzle.  Would have benefited a lot from sound effects though, it doesn't even need music.

I typically don't like to rate games before I fully complete them, but I've been at this off and on since yesterday afternoon, and I think it's about time I close the tab.

I really like this concept for a game, and I thought that most of the levels were really solid, I especially liked how you could mess up levels 1-3 pretty easily if you're not careful when switching around levels, which makes it feel rewarding to pay attention to the level layouts. I also really liked the collection aspect of level 5 being something sort of passive you do while doing the other levels, which added just a little bit of spice onto the other puzzles.

The artstyle and transitions were very good as well. The art was simple but the usage of color was really helpful for differentiating the different levels and making their layouts more memorable at a glance. The transitions were really visually pleasing as well, while still making it feel sort of "seamless" to transition between the levels if that makes sense.

All this being said, I found level 4 to be pretty frustrating, The questions were just vague enough to leave a few interpretations, but all those interpretations combine with eachother, and the permutations can stack up pretty quick, which might not be a problem if it wasn't so time consuming to try your different ideas for the combination. I also still haven't solved the apple puzzle (Which I'm, assuming gets you a food for the monster), but I'm not sure how much that's just a skill issue, maybe making the hint more clear would help.

By and large, I really liked this game. This concept is so creative, and I had a lot of fun for the first while, but getting hard stuck really killed that for me.

yep, the apple is for the monster, in fact there is one food in every level, and i really don´t like the result, it´s not very clear how to comunicate with the player, the only cool thing is when you figure it, in a future update i will put something to give a better clue, well i supose imposible5 should be imposible4 cause lots of players complains about level

I look forward to giving it another go when you push that update!

Really neat concept for a game and I think the artstyle is really cute but I cannot for the life of me figure out the password on stage 4. Also can't find the last two food items to feed the monster on stage 5

I love the part where you press 74 buttons.

This is such an interesting concept for a game! I think some of the hints are maybe a little obtuse, but once you figure them out but it's really interesting.

Developer

thanx, i will improve the hints or tutorial for the next time

I’m not sure I understand how this game works. I can’t seem to leave the area in the bottom left corner in level 1. What are the controls?

Developer (1 edit) (+1)

there is a little hint message box if someone get blocked that serve like a tutorial for the core gameplay, i know its cryptic, so just press 1,2,3,4 or 5

Ohhhhh ok I am dumb. I understand now and I think the game is really cool!! Very innovative mechanic. It is a little bit difficult and I have no idea how I’m supposed to get the correct password on level 4, but each of the levels are each unique and interesting! Great job!
