Hero/Alter-Ego Stats and Abilities swapped

Was trying to test a deck when I noticed the leader was in Hero form but was showing and using the stats and ability of the Alter-Ego form. Seen it with Rogue and Cyclops. They appear to be loading in showing the hero side, whilethe others I checked are comingin on alter-ego side.

Edit: The also happened when I used a Cyclops deck from MarvelDB.

Encountering this bug too!

Yes, I encountered this also when loading precon heroes from the decks folder

Hi @Snowfairy-Alina,

Thank you for your report!

To clarify, you mentioned that for some identity cards, the image of the hero side and alter-ego side appear swapped.

This issue arises because, in most cases, the “A” part represents the hero and the “B” part represents the alter-ego. We’ve hardcoded this in the engine. However, for Rogue (“38001”) and Cyclops (“33001”), the sides are indeed swapped.

Since we fetch the images from cerebrodatastorage.blob.core.windows.net (which is not maintained by us), and they follow the naming conventions set by FFG, leading to this problem.

We will implement a fix in the next version to ensure these images display correctly. As a temporary fix, you can manually swap the file names of “33001a” with “33001b” and “38001a” with “38001b” in the assets/cache folder.

Thank you again for your valuable feedback!
