Just checking, but, have you gotten my message on Discord? I have been trying to contact you about your prize given that you're the winner.

Extremely cute, and actually requires you to think, well done.

Though I couldn't figure out what to do from level 10 onwards.

Probably the best game I’ve played this jam :D

I’d suggest changing the color of the boxes to make them more obvious, though.

I’d also like to invite you to the Continue Your Game jam because I’d love to see this concept blossom into a full-fledged game.

A very very well designed puzzle game! Great job!! i love puzzle games but I'm terrified of actually making one because designing the puzzles seems difficult to do well to keep the right difficulty of the game and you did it perfectly! You also incorporated the theme pretty well too imo because I was often scared of the slimes until I fed them and then became best friends haha. one bit of advice is maybe a bit more variation on the objects in the levels? the slimes themselves were perfect with the colouring to know exactly what they did after you learnt but I found that in some levels the boxes and the door were kinda hard to spot as they looked very very similar to the rest of the level, perhaps that was intentional? but in most cases it didn't feel like it was. that's all of my notes though well done!!

Rating based on the categories for the jam, hopefully it provides some useful feedback!

Fun 5/5: This was a blast. It was adorable, fit the theme pretty well, and was super easy to learn.

Graphics 3/5: Super rudimentary. The UI is very basic, sometimes you kind of need to squint to find the blocks you can move. Overall it works for what it is, but given a bit more time I think this game could look really good as well as play good!

Music/Sound Design 4/5: Very basic sounds, very satisfying for what they are. I would like to hear more than one song. Perhaps after like 10 levels the song and color scheme of the world changes, giving a little sense of progression and visual interest. An "oh this is new" moment.

Concept 5/5: Fun puzzle game that was executed really well! Kept me hooked for a good while! I definitely would have played a bit longer if I had the time.

Didn't expect to enjoy this as much as I did haha. Great game! Interesting tidbit. I feel like a lot of entries(including my own) struggled with making their games too difficult. I feel like you mastered the gradual increase of difficulty and balance with your game. I never felt like it was unfair, or throwing me into the deep end. It actually made me play it from start to finish very easily. I did start cheating after level 9 though lol.

Omg I love this game ! It's very cleverly designed, especially for a first as you say. Had a lot of fun on it. Congrats !

Just checked the page, and, I'm gonna need you to credit the individual creators of the sound effects and music instead of just saying that they're from Pixabay.
