I love the layering you did, it definitely makes the world more lively. If i get unlucky and the seagull and crab cover each other, I try to thread the needle! Very fun.
Cute game, with addictive gameplay
Cute game! I agree that the pixels would look better if they were all the same size. I think it’s called ‘mixels’ in pixel art.
I also agree that the dash mechanic made it more interesting
It’s a nice first game for a game jam! Good job.
Very cute Game! I adore the cat. Its pretty hard when the seagull and the crab are right on top of each other :D
I like the cat. I have a cat, her name is mayhem.
One tip for pixel art games is they generally look better when all pixels are the same size. However, you aren't beholden to that "rule", its just a generalization. I liked your art overall.
I like this spin on the google dinosaur type of game. the dash adds more strategy then one might think. I do wish the dive would make me go to the ground faster but overall very nice and simple game!
Nice! I actually liked the animations you made for the cat :)
And FlowWithTheCat i did.
Pretty fun runner, loved the little forward then back movement the cat did when using dash
One thing i think should be improved is that the game doesn't get harder (at least from what i've seen), making it so that it goes faster over time or more enemies appear would have been better.
Nice game!
Thanks a lot, I really appreciate it!
I'm glad you liked the dash movement
You're absolutely right about the difficulty, I didn’t have enough time to balance it properly, but I’m planning to improve it in a future update
