Anyone else get constant brief freezes when playing? Like roughly every 5 seconds or so it'll freeze very briefly, for like one second. It doesn't matter where I am in the game, even the main menu.

I've tried messing with resolution, vsync on and off, etc. I've only just now thought to post about it but it's been happening for like a year, couldn't tell you exactly how long.

Hey, what kind of device are you on? Is it while you're doing anything in particular or does it happen even while idling?

I'm on PC. From what I've noticed it happens as soon as the main menu loads. I can be sitting on the main menu, on the world map, talking, fighting, happens everywhere. Both idling and actively doing something.

Though, I did delete everything manually before and redownloaded it. It worked fine for a little bit (don't remember how long) but it started doing the freezes again shortly after.

I tried another game that uses Ren'Py instead and I get oddly similar symptoms.
