I am so drawn to the look of this game. Presentation is truly amazing. Very difficult game to wrap my head around, but it was still a good time regardless. I'd be interested to see a future for this game because I like the style and the idea quite a bit. I'd appreciate a bit of an easier start to adjust to the controls. This is really cool.

Cool concept, mixing VVVVVV with layered levels, I would've liked some easier levels at the start, just so I could better learn how the player controls, but I also don't mind the novelty of the immediate difficulty spike. I was also a bit confused by the two layers appearing at the same time, maybe some more indication of which one is which would help, but I also understand the limitation of the jam makes that quite difficult. Still, it's a very fun game, and a concept I would definitely be keen to see more of!
I liked the concept, though the game was really hard at first. It got easier over time. :)
That is some pretty clever level design. Hard but cool. I like it a lot!
Nice Game. Overall I do enjoy the difficulty. Though, I did get stuck in the level with the floating “LOL”s since I couldn’t quite grasp the timing to pass them. I really liked the feel of the way character controls. The first two levels where also very nice.
Here is some criticism too: I would have preferred the layer switching to be on one button only, instead of the two. Even after some time I still got a bit confused to which button I should press to get to the other layer. Another thing is that the collision for the spikes seems to match the size of the graphics exactly, which is a tad bit to large imo.
couldn't get past the second level
anyways i feel like the 1st layer showing you both but the 2nd only showing you it is kinda eh
the layer that isn't shown should just be a bit transparent (also the spike hitbox feels too big)
pretty fun game, HARD AF, I COULDNT PASS THE FIRST LEVEL, but I enjoyed my suffering!
ZERO COOKIE GANG! pretty cool game, really hard, only got past the first level but it was really fun.
The concept is really interesting! Unfortunately, I have the big skill issue and I wasn’t able to get past the first level.
I suggest changing the layer switching to only one button. Its up to you guys though. It would help the player switch faster and make better movements.
Good job on the game!
Cool concept – I liked the execution. It's already been said that it would be great if the layers were more clearly differentiated. Otherwise, it's a very good game, I liked it.
Very cool concept. It took me a while to get into it, but it's a very cool idea. It would be even better if the layers were more clearly differentiated, as I sometimes got confused. But it's a very nice game and very well done :)
