Oh no, I'm one of those that doesn't have a microphone. I would've loved to try tho, as a non-native english speaker.
Innovation: incredible, the best so far, the idea is amazing, I thought it would be a typing game, I was shocked to realise I had to actually speak, the idea of changing words was so cool.
execution: The game worked so well, though sometimes the words felt laggy, giving the ability to control the speed of the words was a nice touch.
Polish: small things like voiceover and ads on the screen were a nice touch, the 3d models were good as well, I love it.
Innovation -I've never played ANYTHING like this! What a treat! This was so well done and so unique. As a huge fan of Orwell, I loved and hated every second of it.
Execution- The execution was spot on. Everything from the real-world examples playing in the background to the accuracy of the voice to text reading was on point. Really impressive work. Being able to slow down and speed up the text was extremely helpful! I'm not gonna lie - I totally cheated and wrote down the words during each commercial break onto a little slip of paper. But that just made it more fun because I was then having to look all over the place to make sure I spoke it all correctly.
Polish - Extremely polished. I ran into a few bugs and crashes at first and it took a second to get my mic working, but once it got all of that out of its system, the game worked smoothly and flawlessly. The VO was very professional, the news clips were so on the nose it made me want to scream, and the feeling of roleplaying as a news anchor was a delight.
Overall - Incredible work. Deeply satirical, deeply referential, and extremely well thought out. Hats off, I really loved this game.
I didn't think I was going to wake up to such kind words, but thank you so much homie! I love that you "cheated" and wrote down the words lol!
Great Game idea! Although I couldn't really play it because I dont have a proper microphone but I rly liked the concept. Thank you for checking out Flesh Facility!
Thank you so much Shrimp! No worries about not having a microphone, because I appreciate you thinking the concept is cool!
wish i could play this, but I don't have a microphone... :( seems like a really cool idea though!
no worries at all homie!!
The game's premise is interesting and innovative.
The game's events increase its dynamism, creating a very immersive experience! Good job, it has great potential!
Thank you so much Sherifinho! I think I might explore what a full version game would be like with multiple broadcasting nights!
The game crashed a few times during the splash screens for some reason. Eventually it worked, but then I wasn't able to get a microphone to work. If this is a known issue, please let me know if it's resolved! I'm super intrigued by the concept!
Hey Leam! I have no idea how that happened, because in tested I never had any crashes. Let me check my latest build so I can see if there is anything wonky going in there that might be doing this. I appreciate you testing it out and the kind words about the concept!
Tried again but still wasn't able to get my mic to work. I see my microphone in the drop down, but then selecting it and speaking does nothing. Might just be my machine, but not sure what's going on.
