Managed to get 218. Love the sprites. Gameplay reminded me of Journey of The Prairie King in Stardew Valley. Would be cool to see some more veggies or different power ups! An indicator of sorts to know where you're aiming would also be something to consider. Nicely done^^
You did amazing for using Godot for the first time. The art was nice, the animations were smooth, and the bgm was well-made. Overall, it was a fun game
I got 652! Cute game :D
Got to 270 :) Cute little goblin, and cool that most powerups can only be gotten thru cooking/secret. Was a little sad when my soup disappeared, I assume that was also happening to most of the vegetables that dropped too. Would be cool to have a magnet pickup so that the screen doesn't get full of dead vegetables but they also don't go to waste.
I wanted to add more variety to power ups like pick up distance, but I didn't have time to implement them unfortunately. Items disappearing after a while is intentional, but there's plenty of time to kite the horde and swoop in before the harvest rots away.
Let him cook!!!! Tricky on trackpad but a very nicely done bullet hell. I'm pretty tragic at these types of games but I loved seeing all the veggie types come out! A whole horde following me...
We love a survivor-esque game. Let him cook!!!
the punch is op
Nice game! Loving the design of each enemy, though the board fills up with them really quickly… Straight-up nightmare fuel 👀
I didn't know that you could aim with the mouse and had accumulated a bunch of enemies before I noticed. Not sure what indicator there is about how many hits you can take, but I played until the character stopped moving and no input was possible until the tomatoes ate me.
Do the pots actually do anything? Or special. I noticed shovels and a little green dust cloud or something around my feet, but that's it.
