How does your game represent "Slick"?
Slippery movement, tight and slick controls while also maintaining a puzzle and a "gotcha" essence in its core.

My poor character must have died around 32,767 times, but it was a fun game with great presentation!

I like this a ton, but I feel like the gameplay was begging for some type of double jump. Like some movement variance would kill here.

Nice pixel art and great music, the difficulty is rather rough.

Inredible music and presentation, the game looks really good. Love the movement as well, but the difficulty curve is quite steep!

Your spriting is straight up pro level, this one looks good as hell! also the sounds and that breakbeat music are *chefs kiss*

The momentum on this one is crazy, I feel like I just want to book it as fast as possible to see if the camera can keep up.

The music and artwork really stand out here. Very cool. As another person said, I wish the camera would lead the player so you could react to stuff because the actual movement has a lot of potential. The idea seems like a really creative idea too, building bridges with the mouse.

I feel like that one game reviewer trying to get past the cuphead tutorial. I keep trying and failing to do what seems to be a fairly simply task. I couldn’t get through level 2 (i thought i saw something with a laser to my mouse once, but I couldn’t get far enough to see it again). Nonetheless, the platforming feels good for what its trying to do, the animations are beautiful, and the music is bumpin’. Great job!

Cool movement, rather difficult. I like the idea of managing both the player and the platform, but between the ice and the wall of spikes behind you, the game demands a lot. The artstyle and spritework are both great, and zipping through a level feels good once you start to get the hang of things. Overall, nice work!

For a one-person game, this is presented very well, with a cohesive aesthetic and suitably slick gameplay.

Cool game! It looks and feels super slick. I encountered a game breaking bug in stage 2 though. After jumping over those 4 small icy platforms, you get some kind of pickup. But when you pickup that thing, it flies far to the right and the camera is following it so I can't see my guy anymore.

But nice job!

The slickness is real ! You can pick up so much speed so fast, too fast for my non pro-gamer hands :')

Slickest game so far

Very slick sliding! Crazy you did the sound effects, music, programming and art! so cool

The idea of sliding on ice is really slick ! Pixelart is really nice !

A slightly faster camera would make jump timing easier to anticipate and i would love a retry button

Yeah I wanted to make the camera be offset and move a little faster but I sadly didn't have time, was also thinking of a retry button but it was a little too late when I wanted to add it haha. Glad you had fun though!
