How does your game represent "Slick"?
You felt the immense Aura of Mr. Slick Man from 5 entries away, didnt you?
Look at the shades, look at the hair, look at that swagger in his walk. Mr. Slick Man means business and business is good.
But even the embodyment of slickness needs to get his mind off the hustle from time to time and as he values his personal space greatly you're advised to keep the scum off his heels.

I really love the look of this game!
The pixelation and limited colors really play into the vibe of the game.
Funny approach to dealing with the car smashing so much it implodes, and the sound effects on the goons when being beaten are quite comical.
Fun little game, definitely agree with needing a bit more variety in the game loop to keep the user engaged beyond the 5 minute mark.
It has the controls and mechanics to setup some seriously interesting gameplay but stopped early on that (I assume to make sure there was time to polish the slick visuals).
Definitely wins in the aura farming slick though!
We definitely had more ideas for the gameplay, but didn't have the time to implement them. The style took up too much time, and we switched project in the middle of the jam, which didn't help either :D Thanks for playing!

I thought the art style was super cool, gameplay was a little repetitive but my gravitational aura as Mr Slick kept me hooked, this is GOTY hands down.

Thanks for Playing! We went all out on the style and left the gameplay very simple. Maybe we could have done a bit more if we hadn't started on tuesday lol
There is something here for sure, but yeah its hard to make a game in 5 days haha. overall good job tho man
