How does your game represent "Slick"?
[characterized by subtlety or nimble wit]
You start off looking at a 2D screen but actually it is 3D
Seeing surreal artwork and effects is fruitful and pretty slick heh ;)
Dance with your fingers (one hand is best)
Is everything as it seems?

In another world, that dancing mini-game is just the entire game of Blobbert.

This was fucking bananas in the best way. I don't know what criteria to use here, because this was like nothing else I've ever played. At first I thought it was going to be like Antechamber, then it turned into neighbor mini-game simulator.

All in all, this gets the David Lynch seal of approval. Great work everyone! :)

Thanks for the appreciation!! It's always a pleasure to break the mold with a group of enthusiasts :D  Keyboard mechanics  ftw

Loved how bizarre this game was! The rules on the art was a funny touch. I enjoyed all the little minigames too! Good job!

Developer(+1)

Oh how I wish the rules made it onto the stream lol

Thanks for enjoying and congrats on getting featured!!

Particularly enjoyed the second neighbor's design and minigame. Interesting work!

It's cool to see something that breaks the mould, something surreal, and a piece of art that is based on art.

Developer

It's what I enjoy :D

What IS this game??? This is not what I expected! At the beginning I thought it was a tech demo for Godot 4.6's new features, which I did not care enough to read about. But then I was thrown into a cooking game and a rhythm game. Interesting concept. I have some theories but I don't want to spoiler it for others before they play it. I would give this 6 stars for originality if I could. All in all one of the best games I've played this jam and certainly the most interesting.

I guess we're all just trying to exist in this world?

That was amazing! The 3D museum and then the surreal neighbor part was trippy to see happen. I do not have a single bad thing to say about this.

Nice job guys! super trippy game! I think the museum was my favorite part, but I did befriend all 3... erm.. people? but I wish I could have changed the lightbulb.

Wow, what a wild ride!! I got chills looking at the cloudy sky canvas looking out to the sky, and then I got to jump inside a painting. Things just kept changing, very amazing. I am surprised at how much personality and surrealness you managed to pack into this, and also impressed by how many mini game mechanics you added to it too. Definitely the most original entry that I played in this jam!

Thank you so much for playing! Happy to hear you enjoyed the game :)

Very trippy! I like the title screen reveal, and it's just fun walking around the toybox space of the museum. Nice variety of minigames too. Great 2D and 3D art!

Submitted(+1)

The title fit really well lol

I loved the intro: tried to hit enter, then noticed the menu is getting smaller. Confused, I tried to move the mouse, only to see I'm just standing in front of some kind of artwork in a museum!

It was a lot of fun exploring the building and meeting very unique characters at the end, when the game changed from 3D to 2D

Very original entry, good job!

the vibes of this are insane and awesome. The 3d art museum was so trippy and cool and so was everything else. it was fun to watch you develop this in discord a little bit wit the progress of the hand grabbing stuff. great game!

Love the artsyle and overall vibe, super trippy

i dont think i need to tell you how good the presentation is, you already know its a 5/5. i found the dialogue interesting and the minigames pretty fun, although the dancing fingers was weird for me because the timing is based on visuals and i don't have mastery on the keyboard. nice job!

Submitted(+1)

Nice job capturing such a uniquely surreal environment with a very distinct art direction!

Very cool game!  The museum section was trippy as hell, and there was a lot more than I expected to do in the different mini games.

Crazy project, some beautiful scenes. I really liked moving through the museum section with all the visual trickery goin on. I'd love to see more from this team! Good job :)
