In this game [0.5.9.188]-magik-apocalypse-expert-(86)-(297694971).json, I played To Me My X-Men and put Colossus in play. But then I discarded him to play another ally. However, at the end to the turn, Colossus was rerturned to my hand as he were in play.

Yes, this is indeed a bug. Colossus should not have returned to your hand after being discarded. We will fix this issue in the next version.
