Does the encounter "Longshot" from Mojo Mania exist on the digital version and if so where is he located?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

We initially believed that “Longshot” was not an encounter card, which is why we didn’t include it. However, after reviewing the rule book, we’ve decided to incorporate it in the next version.
