OMG I used a different version of the menu music track in my first ever jam game hahaha … though i think you mad some quite harsh audio mixing. You should probably work on that aspect

Loved the concept of this game!! Although I was really bad at playing it, I still had a lot of fun playing and getting hit by bullets every few seconds lol. Really enjoyed that you had both a general typing movement as well as more QTE focused actual typed out words too. Made the game feel unique and very well designed. Great game :)

This is simply a magnificent game! It's incredibly well-made, I wouldn't be surprised if I see it on Steam tomorrow.

Winner of the "Best Tutorial of All Time" category!

But playing it makes me realize how bad my typing is in games 😅

A fun entry. I wasn't good at it, but it was fun trying.

I am saving this one. Will keep playing when I get bored.

This is very polished, its super stressful when barely dodging bullets, which i reallyyyy like, though im not really that good at typing tho so yeah, very good game! alot of polish was made into this

this is a really great game, its a bit difficult but you could lower it if the keys were not randomized each time we moved like every cell has its own letter but changed every new retry

I'm not sure if you are even aware but you just made an amazing game that's not only very fun and addicting but potentially a game that can be used to teach kids how to type like placement of letters on the keyboard.

Awesome game dude!

I felt like I never touched a keyboard playing this.

The difficulty was pretty hard imo but you made it balanced by giving lots of hearts which was good!

well done :D

Haha yes the game is difficult which is something I realised while developing. Initially the game had 5 lives, but I thought that would be too hard for a new player so I doubled it! Glad you enjoyed the game.

12855 was my best. I think the one and only issue with this game is that the slo-mo qtes are nearly impossible when you're at the edge of the map. They're pretty fair when you're in the middle, but right at the edge gives you almost no time to react. Maybe a sound queue when it flashes red would be enough to tell me to prepare?

Regardless, this game is incredible. I don't think you need to worry about moving on, you need to worry about what to do with an extra Asprite key. Great job man.

Nice job, everything was very 'juicy!'

The large stage was much easier than the small one:

This really kept my brain engaged to evaluate my next move under pressure!

I can't think of feedback since the game seems to be complete for the current scope.  Maybe a limited number of non-random WASD moves that you can burn to get out of a tight spot?

Great work integrating the grading criteria!

I like the visual style for this one! I'm not sure if it's just me but the QTE didn't really seem to work and everything seemed to happen at a faster speed / I was unable to see anything to type? Maybe just a bug I'm not sure :(

Developer

Thanks for the feedback :D
Can you describe the issue you're facing with more detail? I don't think I have came across the issue where the QTE does not work, at least not anyone that I have seen that has played the game has faced this issue.

I would love to upload a desktop version so that you can try download the game, but adding changes to the game is disabled until the voting period ends.

I'm not a fan of random movement but this has started to change my mind

Everything felt really polished and unlike a lot of games I didn't have any trouble with visual clarity!

I almost found the small board harder than the normal board lol

Oh man I hate the random movement mechanic 😅 But that’s me. The game is super well polished and has a nice graphic.

I liked it! It was enjoyable

Text (letters on the tile) was a bit blurry for me.
Overall a good polish game, music and sounds felt nice - will be a top contender.
Tutorial also explained well.
