i don't really do sound design, so i think i'd appreciate working with a sound designer. i'd also appreciate an artist but that won't really be necessary.
do note that i am starting out and admittedly don't have the best work ethic. but i think working with someone else may motivate me to actually work since someone else will be expecting something from me.
