I planned to prepare for this jam and start immediately. But almost half the time has passed, and I haven't even started working on the game... It's a little demoralizing. Once again, things didn't go according to plan.

Keep going anyway! Pretend it’s a 4-5 day jam and work on something you would have created in that timeline.
I’m not quite as far as I wanted to be and there’s still a lot I need to somehow squeeze in to the next few days… but I’m going to make sure I prioritise things that are core to the gameplay first. Hopefully there’ll be time for polish and juice later!
Dude, I have exactly the same situation, but I thought programmers were programmersing, but its not, And although I made the graphics and animations what's the sense of it without the technical part? I don't know how to continue drawing in uncertainty when both programmers are actually busy, but agreed to join for some reason
