I found out last update they you interact withy the mole's leader and he talks about the MC killing the moles, I want to know if there is a different interaction with him if you did not kill any? don't want to redo and re save to just not kill and get there again

The moles will give you a "gallery scene" if you still kill less then 5 moles(more and they will kill you),I think there would be another interaction of mole king since they are quite, friendly? Btw It may affects the future stories and routes so -pacific- still recommended .

In that case, if you don't kill more than 5 you will be given an emblem from their leader as compensation for being a mediator between the two parties, even though we flatly refuse it.
