because i don't see a way and if you do that you can't unlock the ability to jump directly to friday

yes, you can grind that money easy, in the left list of starmaker fan skills you can have 1$ per follower, and +5$ per suscriber, in endgame you can gain 4 million  per day, 

As far as I know, as of right now in this situation, no. Since you have to talk to Josef to pay off the debt in the first place. :/ I would recommend paying the debt off, then telling him to leave.
