Oh, this was fun! Thank you for providing the cheat sheet to help me find the final few. Good hiding places! Funny dialogs. TBH, I am glad the battles were easy as the main fun is in finding the aliens and reading their descriptions and dialogs.
Bugs: I could not trigger the Washing Machine Alien, tried all sorts of things. In one of the closests, I fell through the floor and ended up inside some no-space and had to restart the game (Windows).

I like how creative the alien encounters are based on their hiding location as well as their funny dialogue. The RPG system is a bit simple, and I found myself simply attacking the whole time. A more fleshed out battle system would be cool to see in the future. There were some encounters where I didn’t even see the alien, but the game detected that I was looking at one, such as under the pillow, and the right speaker. Maybe one way to add game polish when finding an alien could be to have the game briefly pause, have the camera look directly at the alien, have the alien flash and/or animate, then transition to the battle. I ended up finding all but 1 of them, but when I went through a door I fell out of the game world and into the void, so I guess the aliens win?! Great work!

This was a lot of fun to play! It was a little confusing sometimes trying navigate around the apartment and knowing what I could interact with, but I enjoyed finding all the aliens and the various quick time actions in the fights kept it interesting!

Very coolio! The unique aesthetics with 3d and 2d really hit on the theme! You should try our game out as well!

Enjoyment: I really had a fun time twirling around the cushions and was terrified as I dropped my nice screen setup... but everything to catch those darn aliens.

Gameplay: My first encounter surprised me, meaning although I did not see the alien and combat still started, changing to a turn-based rpg combat system. Most of it I liked - small critique for the QTEs, that the inputs for filling the bar with space and hitting space at full bar value were hard to differentiate, for their relative small  available input interval.

Innovation: I like the twist of having different mechanics to determine the damage dealt - although I'd imagine this will be quite cumbersome to have more meaningful and non-repetitive ways to do.

Theme: Solid application of the theme having to find strange places to hide for strange creatures.

Visuals: Although there is a cut from the 3-D World and the 2D pixel-art enemies, I think it works pretty well in this game.

Audio: Pleasent background audio that supports the game, nicely done.

Thanks for playing and for the feedback.

I definitely agree with you about the QTE and Mashing game looking too similar, it was originally a pokemon clone but on the last day of the jam my brain was like "scrap it and make it microgames" :P
