Wonderful game! Very cool idea to make it so that you have to figure out the entire path before you go. I enjoyed strategizing and timing when those pesky spikes would appear. I see a lot of possibilities with how you leverage the blocks too. Thanks for the game! :)

Beautiful original art style, good idea, well executed. Great job! I enjoyed playing it.

Really cool game! The gameplay is fun, the art and music are both excellent. The preset character action logic reminds me of the wand crafting in Noita—this gameplay style has high scalability, and I'm looking forward to your future works!

I enjoyed it. I had a great time.

I recommend considering having a small, always-open action bar. At first, I even thought using actions instead of pressing the arrow keys on the keyboard was unnecessary, but it seems like the action bar is indispensable after all.

The red trap in the corner makes me wonder if it's an obstacle or just background noise.

Developer

Hey, thanks for your feedback :)

For one of the later levels, the red trap is supposed to instantly kill the player, but because of time restraints it was quite difficult to integrate it in a satisfying way.

What do you mean with an "always-open" action bar? It's always at the bottom of the screen - perhaps I am misunderstanding you.

What I mean is that the actions themselves won't be hidden in a constantly opening and closing panel.

Developer

Ah -  I thought that's what you meant but wasn't 100% sure. Thanks for clarifying.

I got a lot of feedback for this game echoing the same point, and in an updated version - the crafted actions will always be visible, separated from the crafting screen. Here is a very much WIP sneak preview for you ;D
