Cool game! It would be great if the background didn't move up and down all of the time while you were constantly bouncing around in the platformer stage. The, I could see the little creatures moving around as well as read their messages. There was a lot going on in the background, like constellations in the sky, which is a very good thing. It's neat how you can change the phase from light to dark, like in this one shmup called Ikaruga. Also, the second part of the shooting phase was very impressive and had some technical graphics. The music was awesome and had some cool, long songs! It's awesome that you know how to program this well! ^_^

Initially the background was moving a lot more, but I tuned it down. I guess I should have made the lightspeed animation even rarer and take less time.
The reason why it is moving like that is to tell a story: astronaut Bun-Bun is venturing deeper inside a blackhole that sucked up his home: the moon. So the background moving is the suction of the blackhole.
Amazing gameplay! Also great artwork and music. Feeling like there could be more on a level. Overall well done!
Yeah, I barely had any time this Jam so I had to cut out most of what I had planned. The player was supposed to enter a working office place and then move deeper into a factory.
