Cool and short game , i liked it

I like the idea of using horror to create the sense of strangeness. The way the player is smiling the entire time amps up the creepiness factor so much.

The art was very cool but ultimately, I didn't really know what to do here. A tutorial and faster move speed definitely would've made a big difference here

The visual effects of the retro monitor are cool! I enjoyed the scary exploration:) Nice work!!

I loved this one. It was nice to find that you could hide in the furniture! And also the warped screen effect was amazing! I loved it! Well done!

Nicely done! It reminded me of those 2D FNAF minigames. The warped screen effect worked really well. A bit more movement speed would probably be nice, but it did make things more nerve-wracking to walk so slowly. I found the bad guy to be really creepy--the audio helped a lot, too. Nice job!

Thanks for playing and thanks for your feed back. Also im glad you said that cause that was my idea going into this, FNAF mini games mixed with Slenderman, and backrooms

I was stressing out!The anxiety was killer! I wasn't quite sure where to go for a while and was wandering aimlessly - might be good to have something that shows where to go, or a smaller tutorial map just to showcase some of the ideas in a bite size proportion :)

I like the environment and vibe. Very well executed! I wish Mr spooky was more of a threat. He is spooky but since he walks slower than me and I can easily see him, it's easy to walk away. near the end when the  lights got dark, he was much closer when I finally saw him, so I liked it better! He also only appeared a very few amount of times so I wish he was around more.  The world also felt pretty big for how slow I moved. A higher move speed or smaller world would have felt better to me.

Nice art and sound design. I would have love to have more hint on where are the pages.

The ambiance set up by the first page and when you see the monster is really cool.

Feel free to test our game !

Keeps you on edge! I liked the art and the scary atmosphere. Also, the CRT effect is very nice, since in most games it is very intrusive and exaggerated, but not this one; good job on the game, and good luck in the jam!

Developer

thank you so much! I loved your game as well

A cool little roaming spooky game. I like the pixel art style, would love to see some story implemented.
