How does the game fit the theme?
Strange Places, chromatic spaces, colorful… faces.. mazes? Or something?
The “places” were meant to be stranger when I had the first Ideas of the game. But tuning down the scope and being limited by little freetime, the strangeness took a backseat to getting down some main mechanics.

But all in all, stuff changing colors is pretty strange right?

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?

really fun little puzzle game good job !

Really well thought out and put together. I liked how everything wasn't directly explained, and you had to figure it out a bit. The puzzles where great, and I also liked how if you figured it out you could do them all at once and watch the puzzle unfold and be solved at once. I liked it!

Really fun puzzle game, I was kinda sad when I got to the end Y_Y I’d totally play more if you made more :)

Very enjoyable game. The progression was very well taught out and implemented. Definitely one of my favourite puzzle games so far, great job

I did it! :D I had so much fun playing, it reminded me so much of "baba is you". The art is so cool and the puzzles are very clever and original, best puzzle game I've tried so far in this Jam!

Very calming puzzle game! The sounds are very nice, the visuals are clean and simple and the puzzles were a good ramp up in difficulty!

This is well made and addictive (I enjoy puzzle games). The progression is also excellent. Great game!

That's some brainstorming. The idea is very unique and it's very enjoyable. It is hard to make seemingly simple games very fun to play.
One bug I have noticed is like the below image. There is a UI bug when we fail a level and return to main menu.

Very fun puzzle game with nice looking visuals!

Interesting concept, I don't think I've seen anything like this. It was particularly surprising when the cursor and activated outer circles were affected by the newer color beams, and it was a nice touch that made the puzzles more interesting. The end did feel a little abrupt as the heart mechanic was only introduced a few stages before, but great work!

This is one of my favorites until now, the graphics are simple yet great, the puzzle design is top notch, and the gameplay is perfectly polished. I was pleasantly surprised when I realized I could just click all the nodes as fast as I could and the character would just follow that order at its own pace. Wish there were some more levels but seeing how well polished everything else is and how hard it is to design puzzle levels I understand completely. Great work!!

First of all, you finished a game that looks great overall — and achieving that in just 7 days, especially as a solo developer, is impressive. Great job!

Things I liked:

  • The core idea is great and genuinely unique. I haven’t seen a mechanic like this before, which makes it stand out.

  • The level design is well executed. Each mechanic is introduced properly, and there is a clear and balanced difficulty progression.

  • Excellent choice of visual style — it fits the gameplay very well.

  • Including a level selector within a one-week development timeframe is a big plus. If you have time to update it, adding a preview image of each level would improve usability, as selecting only by number makes it hard to know which level you’re choosing. I would also consider adding access to the level selector from the pause menu.

  • The music and SFX are very well chosen and fit perfectly with the game’s theme.

Constructive Feedback:

  • Sometimes there is a noticeable delay before the UI indicates whether you have passed or failed a level. You may want to review the logic behind that to ensure the feedback feels immediate and responsive.

  • Some sprites occasionally appear slightly misaligned. This is completely understandable given the time constraints, but with additional polish, those details could be refined.

  • The same applies to the number of levels available. I completed all of them and would definitely love to see more added in the future with new mechanics.

Developer(+1)

Thank you for the kind words and well thought out feedback! The pass/fail delay (right now the logic check happens after the color circle has completed its full animation, slightly off screen) and misaligned sprites were definitely on my todo list :) The preview images had not crossed my mind but seems obvious now, makes a lot of sense.
