How does the game fit the theme?
Important note: This game is intended for coop play. Please read the description on our itch.io page for the controls.
This game matches the theme as it is set in a world where scientists have discovered a different dimension. In this dimension light reacts differently, and has been harnessed to generate a great amount of energy. However, unlike our world, where red, blue, and green work together in harmony and are harmless, green is very dangerous to the human body and should be avoided at all costs. Even with this risk scientists at Definitely Not evil inc decided to experiment with the newfound light. With this experiment they were able to trap light within lanterns. As a byproduct of this the dimension is beginning to collapse with green seeping through everywhere and you need to escape the testing facility with your fellow subjects before the collapse in 10 minutes.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
The int circle was pulled from a different project (Moving in game icons that face the player)
Audio assets were pulled from various sites and can be found attributed in the description of the project on our itch page.

A great game. I liked the visuals and mechanics. It just needs better sound, but it's a great game
altrought the visual and i didnt get to play with another person, i loved the mechanics and the sound, and u can get stuck if u let out a lantern in the green thing i think so maybe it could get a fix
