Which Theme did you choose?

Endless Ocean

How did you implement your chosen Theme in your game?
The entire narrative and atmosphere revolve around the feeling of an endless ocean. The world is designed to feel like nothing exists beyond small patches of land scattered across infinite water. You navigate only by coordinates, never seeing the horizon change, creating a sense of isolation and eternity. The ocean has no boundaries - you can sail in any direction forever, reinforcing the "endless" aspect both mechanically and emotionally.

Did you implement any of your Theme's Bonus Challenges, and if so, which ones?
Yes, though primarily through narrative interpretation:

• Truly Endless: The ocean is technically infinite with no boundaries. You can sail endlessly in any direction without hitting world limits.

• Islands Out of Time: This is woven into the story rather than being a mechanical feature. Whether players interpret it as literal time displacement or psychological unreality is intentionally left ambiguous - it's up to each player to decide what they believe is happening.

Excelent game! Is one of the best i´ve seen on this jam!

I would add a crosshair to let the user know where is interacting, and a way to check the last note because i forgot the coordinates 2 times and was a disaster to remember.

Thank you so much for playing! That really means a lot to me.

I actually had a crosshair in the earlier versions, but for some reason I decided to remove it, except for the navigation computer.

You can always check the coordinates in the ship’s journal on the bridge. I went through a few iterations trying to make it clearer that it’s still interactive, but I guess it didn’t work well enough.

So I played your game a bit and I liked it I liked how cozy sometimes the game is I had to stop a couple of times just to take it all in at times haha... I couldn't finish it however my boat would get kinda stuck sometimes but it isn't really your fault I tend to break games and get stuck at  1 Criticism which is personal preference but the dithering effect was extremely annoying I understand what you were going for but it seriously obscured my vision a couple of times thats what the zoom mechanic is for I'm assuming... but regardless it was a good experience :)

Thank you, that really means a lot to me.

I’ve made some adjustments to the ship collision, so hopefully it should feel better now. And i also added a setting for the dithering effect, i totally get that it can be distracting. I’ve been looking at it for over a month now, so I guess I just stopped noticing it myself.

Thanks again for taking the time to play and share your thoughts :)

I replayed your game experience went smoothly thanks alot for giving us the option to remove the dithering effect I absolutely love your game its amazing I love how the game isn't some jumpscare simulator and it actually tries to tell a story I'm still confused on the concept of the "Sickness" in this game like is the game supernatural is there's a lovecraftian thingy behind it all but I loved it regardless thanks alot for making this game I truly think its a masterpiece and gave it an excellent score you deserve it :)

Thank you so much! This is actually my first attempt at making something serious and fully finished, so hearing this means a lot to me. I’m really happy that you enjoyed it.
