It's a shame you didn't have time to finish this. The beginning was really solid and got me hooked right away. I'll keep an eye on any future updates to this!

Out of curiosity why didn't you use something like ren'py instead? Was there something that you wanted to achieve later on that ren'py couldn't do or is it just that you're more comfortable with godot? Or is it something else entirely?

I struggled a little bit with the gameplay but it's ok !  You had some very nice ideas !

It starts out so good! Just needs to be wrapped up, nice job!

The art the story so far are great! I really liked the touch of speech bubble pointing at different locations to indicate who is speaking, very cool idea! 

The artwork is very, very good! Really like the design and overall mood of the game. Wonder where the gameplay will take you later, but if you create a visual story with this artwork it will most definetly be lovely and cozy! Well done! My only critique is for the intro music and this is probably something that was time constrained. Think that the music when the grandma recieves her present could be slightly slower. It felt like we are slowly going into her head and back in time so a slight fade and transition to another music piece would be nice. The current transition seemed very abrupt :) Congrats again on having a working introduction!
