I'm gonna second what the other said, a little more formatting could go a long way towards improving the readability of this. I'm also not really sure how most of the locations factor into it. The bunker and the landing pads, I get, but where are the mall, and the warehouse, and what would drive the party to go there? Is the party meant to know that they're facing a werewolf, and that he's only beatable by silver/wolfsbane/anti-serum?

I think the part of this that really shines to me (besides the cool factor of putting a werewolf assassin in a cyberpunk story) is how much detail you put into Arkady's goals, abilities, and behaviors.

I like the premise, mixing sci-fi and fantasy is always fun, and I especially like that the one with wolf in his name is the one hunted by a werewolf. It is a little hard to pick things out at a glance, I definitely think it would benefit from either going for like a trifold format and really nailing the usability or going for a straight up zine type of form factor.

I’m not familiar with Cities Without Number, so I can only evaluate this submission as a generic protection mission.

The scenario is rich in detail, and the two main NPCs are extremely well written. However,  with a plain text layout, I find it some what difficult to scan and quickly identify key information, as a GM would need to do during a session. A bit more editing and structure would greatly improve its usability at the table.

I would also suggest enriching the "Conclusion" section with other possible outcomes, such as: "what happens if Wolfgang is killed", or "what happens if the PCs choose to side with Moretta". These kinds of twists are very helpful for a GM. Knowing my own players, they would almost certainly end up helping the werewolf.
