Use of the limitation
The game was designed entirely around the one-handed limitation. All controls are mapped so the player can comfortably play using only one hand on the keyboard. WASD - Movement R / F - Look up and down Q / E- Look left and right

Sounds like one beast of a game, but it seems it never loads. Your first mission should be to make the title screen appear as soon as possible.
