Played this game on stream. Beat all the levels. Very solid gameplay. If I had finished before reviews were closed would've given:
Gameplay: 5 Seems perfect for what it's going for, good pacing of new mechanics, grabbing and dragging was responsive and worked how it should.
Enjoyment: 4 Fun for what it was
Innovation: 4 A low 4, but while no individual idea is super unique putting them all together in this world is pretty innovative.
Audio: 3 A high 3, kinda barebones but it achieved the important goal for puzzle games where it helped build a good puzzle solving mood without distracting at all. Maybe could've used some one or two soft bits of ambience to build out the mood.
Visuals: 3 Well drawn art, like the audio I think it just needed some slight non-static effect to give it life/dimension. Again, high 3, almost 4, much better than had it been too busy/flashy in a way that made the puzzle harder to visually parse.
Theme: 4 A textbook solid example of the theme.
Wow, very cool iteration of these tile sliding puzzles ^^ Your level design was immaculate. You introduced each new tile/mechanic in a super easy to understand way without the need of tutorials/written explanation. I always love to see this done right :)
Very clean puzzle game ! The ambience is really chill. The sounds and the visuals are great and work well together. There is feedbacks on my action even if you could add a little more. I appreciated that the level design scale slowly to make me understand the mechanics. Overall it's a really great job for the jam !
This was a fun one! Not typically my type of game so I was a little surprised I played it as much as I did. Big props to making the game intuitive and easy to manuver.
If i were to criticese something I would say that even though the art and aesthetics caught my attention I didn't find them as much as I wanted during the gameplay. I left the game still wanting to learn more about the world or see something else happening visually. But then again that's just the kinda of game that I specifically like, and also I didn't play untill the last level so maybe I missed something!
Nontheless you guys did a great job!
Nice chill puzzle game. clean presentation and the mechanics are easy to pick up, but still get pretty interesting later on. I liked how the level slowly introduced new tiles and ideas without needing a bunch of tutorials. The visuals are also really nice, and the SFX are very pleasing, easy on the ears, and responsive, like the click on the tile slide. Really good little puzzler here; very innovative.
Thanks for playing it and for your kind comments!
10/10 innovation! The puzzles and level design are brilliant, the world-building created by the art style is also super interesting. Definitely has the potential to become a great narrative puzzle game!
Interesting puzzles. Simple controls, but challenging. In the beginning I was a bit confused on how to drag tiles, maybe making them move by just dragging without needing to release would help. Or an indicator on where the tile will move while you hold down the mouse. Also I think it would be cool if the moved tiles would stay as they are when you fail a level... Sometimes I failed and then had to redo everything, even though there was just 1 wrong tile.
Thank you for your feedback Kuptain.
We will take in consideration the feedback provided, especially the one about the tiles reset to the original posicion when you fail.
