I enjoyed the game, but there is one bug that needs to be fixed, the only way for a user to die and to be able to restart the game is to hit a meteor. But if you just fall down from any platform, the player  just keeps falling endlessly  instead of dying at some point. There needs to be a mechanism to kill the player if they fall down too far.
Overall, I enjoyed the game though :)

I will look into it! Thanks for playing.

Nice game! I was so close to the end when a fast meteor caught me, but I gave it another shot and finally finished it.

I’m glad you enjoyed it!

It's nice! But I think you really need to slow those fireballs down — you just pray they miss. Nice job for a first entry, though!

ok! Thanks.

This game was super short, but great for a first jam entry, you should be pleased!

You have good gameplay instincts and its a shame it was over so fast! for some constructive feedback - In the future I'd make the dangers or falling shapes a little bit easier to read (see coming) It felt a little bit too luck based as to whether or not I'd get hit (sometimes). I had a few issues with the audio, where the song would rapidly start or freeze up multiple times at once and glitch out (probably look into that). I recommend using a colour palette in the future for pixel art, it helps everything look / maintain consistency, its easier on the eyes and looks more professional - try Palette List  (Lospec) for that.

All in all I had fun with this, keep making games and sharing them :)

Developer

thanks! I will keep those tips In mind.
