I love the chess theme! The game was clever and I liked the challenge of having to find the right movements to get to the lives/capture enemies. I also thought it was really cool that you included a boss battle. Nicely done!

Amazing Game how do i even kill boss? are we supposed to avoid it or try to kill it? i lost many times trying to kill

Oh, yeah, maybe I should have made it more clear. The Rook gets visibly dizzy after it hits the wall too many times. You should capture it then.

Clever concept, one of the better chess themed entries for this jam.

Thank you so much!!

Good idea and scope. :)

Cool implementation of the controls, takes a bit to get used to, I managed to beat the first (?) boss and got to play a bit of the second level

Very original, the controls are a bit counterintuitive at first but you get used to, also nice soundtrack

Very nice concept, and pretty fun to play!

We had a very similar idea during the jam but we couldn't find a control scheme we liked. Your coltorls are quite clever and easy to use.

Very cool concept and how you use knight movement to move.
